Mysterious scar occurred on my palm, what does it mean?

It happened mysteriously and spontaneiusly. I don't know how it could happen but I'm back to my home then I felt a bit pain and burning sensation inside my hand just directly my palm. What does it mean? Should I be afraid of tetanus etc?

My best guesses would be that it's either a papercut or your skin has split because it has been dried out by some sort of chemical, it's very important that you wear gloves or use barrier cream etc when working with things that can damage your skin.

Even cleaning agents can be damaging, a moisturising cream can help to stop your skin from cracking.

If you're concerned go to Urgent Care also can you remember doing that injury on anything rusty, It would be best to use alcohol swabs or peroxide on it as you're able to get a doctor to look at it.
