  Anxiety sucks, you need to put yourself out there and own it. You cannot let anything control you, especially not something as bad as that. Depression is a phase everyone goes through in my experience, you’ll endure longer then depression will. And believe me every day is a struggle for basically everyone out there, one way or another. What matters if that you overcome those struggles and keep going
