Would you judge someone if they put their 👣 on the dashboard in a parked car?

Let’s say your taking a stroll in a shopping center and in the parking lot you see a parked car with two bare feet relaxing on the dashboard. Would you judge the woman/man, or is it not considered weird/rude?

In a parked car I don’t judge the window feet people however if the car is moving & the car gets in an accident let’s just say they probably won’t start the next day off on the right foot.
