That the government is kidnapping citizens and using them for test subjects. So many people disappear without a trace, never to be found, when generally most lost people tend to be otherwise found and most criminals are inept.

Plus the government has done this to us before, multiple times, from syphilis experiments to releasing a demonstration bio weapon on a city and killed several people.

That's also what I think area 51 actually is. People watch that base 24/7, not much air activity going on there despite being an air base and testing ground. But there are mysterious scientists being discreetly shipped in daily, and ridiculous security measures not found on other bases, makes me think there's something they really don't want getting out. Say, them using people as lab rats. Imagine the shit storm they'd have.
