I was watching Ricki Lake as a teenager and a 300 pound woman cried because her boyfriend cheated on her with a fat woman and he said, "you know I like big woman, why don't you gain more weight? and she said, I did gain weight for you. I weighed 110 pounds when I first met you." That was one of the most disturbing things I ever saw on tv as a teen.
