Yes, it's the default question that pops up when you click on 'Ask', and I was going to ask another question, but I've forgotten what it was. Anyway, what is on your mind, what has occupied your thoughts lately? Any worries, concerns?

Mmmm... I have an overthinking mind, to be honest. So, I usually have a lot of things going on in my mind. Right now it is... Food, what should I have for snacks now? what should I make for dinner? Dad's health... how's my brother. I should give him a call back soon he gets off work... TV series, which series should I start now? Keanu reeves, which is his best movie? Books, which book should I read soon. It's been a while... A close friend. He's been feeling down lately. I should do something special for him to let him know I'm there for him.

I'm the same. Often I find it hard to get to sleep (it takes on average about an hour and a half) because my mind is racing with thoughts. Quite often it's a song that I just can't get out of my head. It's often really annoying.

I could relate to it! It does take a while to sleep sometimes even more than 90 minutes. It's a struggle for sure.

Ah! The worst one is when a song you hate get stuck in your head, lol. Sucks

At the moment my future in general, and whether I'll be able to find steady, stable and full-time employment. I'm probably going about it the wrong way though. Maybe I should try an entirely different approach, and/or change my attitude to careers in general.

I'm more or less in the same boat as you, Siri. Although at the moment I'm sort of taking it day by day. I still want to live it up, while I can. I really miss being young and not having responsibilities. Being an adult really sucks.

My mom is honestly more concerned about these things then me.

Usually I do data entry work, but virtually all of that can only be found in big cities, and I live out in the country. If I accepted work there, I'd end up spending most of my cash on petrol and car maintenance, and it would take about three hours to get there, and another three to return home. It just wouldn't be worth it.

@KostasKouvalis Yes, being an adult sucks, but there are disadvantages to being a child as well (ex. no one takes you seriously).

Have you tried looking for work from home data entry work? I know a couple people that do it from home.

Yeah, I'm in a somewhat similar situation. I live in a rural area as well. There are several towns here, but they don't have much opportunity. I currently work seasonal as well, with not much opportunity to advance. With my experience and background, there are better opportunities in other counties, but they would either involve relocating or commuting long distances and neither is a viable option for me.

It sucks, because most of my life I grew up in small towns. I was never a fan of large cities. They're cool to visit, but I can't really see myself living in one, although I have considered it, but I don't think I would like it. Unfortunately, everywhere in the world, big cities are where the opportunities are. It really sucks. Also, I think we have similar views on careers.

Yes, but data entry work from home is surprisingly hard to find as well, because you have to sort through all the scams and low-paying, unstable work options that companies that like to exploit others advertise for.

@varan69 I'd end myself before I'd ever hurt someone else. I also don't self harm, well not in the same way, I diet and exercise which is now apparently a form of self harming according to so new studies that I found out about on YouTube.
