The only thing that’s the same is the fact we all have blood in our bodies. We all have noses mouths eyes and feet and for the most part the basics of anatomy. But even that is different in bone density and sometimes even size.

the more you try to make men and women the same the more you take away the unique differences that makes them great. Why must everything be the same. What is it in the human mind that wants everything to be exactly the same? I’m convinced if we were in charge of creating human beings we would all be an ugly mess and boring because everything would be exactly the same. Pay attention to Ai growth. Smh 🤦🏽 we already scared we are about to destroy ourselves because Ai might be getting too smart lol.

Depends on how much you think "not much" is. Men and women are the same in many ways but different in some ways. So it is a question of how you categorize the magnitude of those differences.

Keep in mind that is isn't necessary for men and women to viewed as "the same" in order for them to be viewed as equal. Those are two different things. I think that there is a misconception among many that they have to be considered the same in order to be considered equal. I think that misconception is the cause of many of the societal problems that America is suffering from.

no we may share similarities such as favoring looks over personality and having shared features i. e. 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 arms, 2 legs, 1 nose etc. but we still have differences in height, strength, speed, reproduction etc. and the mental upbringing surrounding our biological differences e. g. having different fears etc.

They are about 99% the same. But the other 1% makes a huge difference. It's supposed to make a difference. We were designed that way for a reason.

So no, we are not the same. We are almost identical when contrasted with other species, but there are still big differences.

If we're the same, then why do we need two words to describe us?
If we're the same, why do I have ovaries that are dangling between my legs, whereas yours are inside of you.

If we're different, why can we exchange organs?
If we're different, why does it usually take at least 18 weeks before doctors can tell which sex we have?

No. Men and women have brains that fundamentally function differently. This difference has rooted from the way we reproduce. This influenced out behaviours and now it is hard-coded into out minds.

We are the same / similar in some ways, and very different in others. I think that fact is born out in the hundreds of questions we see right here on GAG every day.

It seems certain segments of society has been trying so hard to deny the differences between men and women that some people have actually started to believe them.

We are all humans, but there are some huge differences between men and women, on average, that we should acknowledge and celebrate.
