That in life you can there for others but in the end no one will be there for you. So you have to fight through it yourself which is good because you can grow as a person and learn that people have another face that they are hiding from you.

  Don't assume how others feel about a situation, don't assume what they're thinking, don't assume that they understand how you feel until there is clear communication. Assumptions only lead to false narratives that can grow out of control and spread.
