Sooo my job is... painful. Sure, we do work, easy work. But the thing is when there's nothing to do, we can sit down and stare at our phones. I hate doing something like that because I could be going home to sleep. Well it usually lasts 30 min-one hour. :c And my mom told me that she did the same yesterday... for 12 hours. I remember when I did security and sat in a house for 12 hours and I had my phone, book, youtube, and... limited power.

Sooo, what would y'all be doing if you had downtime in your job when you COULD be working... but there's nothing to work on?

I worked in a call center once doing customer service, and it was so boring when no one called in, but I didn't mind it on some days, because we got graded on EVERYTHING, including how many times the customer called back.

Never work in customer service for cable repair. It's NOT a very secure job.
