I recently encountered this book. it's about a experiment that they did at philadelpia just before the world war 2. one of the person in that experiment was sent to the future. he lived in the future for 2 years and came back. he wrote the book about it. unfortunately the book is not available at store. I don't know what happened but he predicted water level rise. He said that entire world will be under water. it's quite interesting because people never knew this will happen that time. and he said that people don't work. robots work so everything is free and there is no money no bank. I think it makes sense. what do you think? do you think his real? do you know where I can get this book?

I've read 'The Philadelphia Experiment' by Charles Berlitz, and as it turns out the whole story has only a single, and not-very-reliable, source - Carl Allen, or Carlos Allende as he was also known as. He was mistaken about the project being about invisibility; well, at least optical invisibility, because the plan was to make ships invisible to radar. It was a form of stealth, but there was also the possibility that the misunderstanding was also based upon the common World War 2 practice of degaussing, which effectively demagnetised ships to make them "invisible" to magnetic mines.

Nope. It seems to be available in used condition on Amazon and new on Abebooks... I don't see a digital scan anywhere online. There are a number of Philadelphia Experiment books in digital form though...

The Philadelphia experiment dealt with making ships invisible to enemy radar. The movie and such made it into fiction.

Haven't and won't. There's no evidence that we are being visited by aliens, and the vast distances make this either impossible or extremely unlikely.
