Tailgating as they call it in America. I mean you gotta to observe stopping distances. If you are going to overtake then do that but to sit half a metre off my bumper at 120kph on the freeway is mental.

Besides screwing with their phones it is when there is a green light but they practically come to a stop anyway and it turns yellow and they stop instead of speeding up before it turns red.

People not stopping at stop signs. They roll up to it and if they can NOT STOP and floor it so they are in front of you they will. Drives me nuts.
