There's not enough room here to explain it all in detail, but I've come to the conclusion that you should be a "made man" (or woman) by age 40.
By "made", I don't mean a respected member of the mafia, but rather you've become the person you've always wanted to be, both personally and professionally. Your life is finally on the course you chose.
Your 20s and 30s are not the years you have to have it all together. Those are the "building block" years. Especially in your early 20s when your brain isn't even fully developed yet. You can seriously relax in your early 20s. Just have fun.
Of course there are exceptions and outliers, and everyone's life moves at a different pace, but I feel like it certainly applies to most people.
