I used to have a friend, who to say the least, was amazing and considerate. However I admit I brushed him aside sometimes and he didn’t deserve that. I remember he made me feel very special but I was going through a few things with my family. Then things changed and I lost his friendship. He taught me many things but most of all to be genuine and to be myself again.

As you get older you’ll find people like that are rare. I hope you enjoyed it and without getting love bombed or manipulated, I hope you will be lucky to find another GENUINE person like that in your lifetime and be able to preserve that friendship on a wholesome note, but even if you both have to go separate ways, keep ties with them. Priceless people are ultra, ultra rare. 🫶🙌

My mom was very on/off with it. Guys i wanted to prioritize me rarely did. Maybe one or two. Aside from them, the ones who did prioritize me, i wasn't into in the same way. So that didn't count in my opinion. Being single becomes more ideal when you realize that people don’t have their priorities straight

They said they would…and then they didn’t. It derails your whole sense of self worth for a while and then, when you realize that they never had any intention to it’s easier (still painful) to break free.
