I have never seen an Asian, black or Arab person with blue eyes.

I have seen many white people who weren’t born in Europe with blue eyes though.

This depends on your definition, obviously if you get a citizenship for any european country you are a eurpean citizen.

Also if you have ancestors of european origin, but live somewhere else (even for many generations) you still have "European DNA" in your body but are not a european citizen.

All these continental or area specific mutations, have occured long before human were able to migrate quickly between regions, and especially crossing large oceans was impossible.

Now its fascinating but not important to know these things.

I'd say that some ''Europeans'' are kind of 'original', where others had joined in, but are ''European'' nonetheless because 'historically' they integrated (and were integrated).
