Because I would look so much better thin, I'd be healthier and I feel like people would treat me better.

Is your why bigger than your why not? What actions and attitudes do you need to be like the version of you that became thin? What actions and attitudes and or thinking patterns need to be let go off?

Being thin means I will finally be the best version of myself. I am miserable in the body I am in now. I would give anything to be thin. Everything I feel would go more smoothly in my life if I was thin. I know that sounds absurd but it's how I feel. I've never been close to thin before and I'm on the path to getting there slowly but surely by eating healthier. Having a healthy body is my goal and it will in turn help me have a healthy mind. I can't have a healthy mind being depressed all the time in the body that I am in right now. I won't feel satisfied with myself until I lose all the weight.

Your why is very powerful. Your why's are:
1. Matter of heavenly life vs hellish life
2. People would treat you better
3. To feel confident that your health is good
4. You'd love the way you look

Your why not's are probably:
1. Get to stay in comfort zone
2. Get to eat whatever

The current habits that you're wiring:
1. The habit of eating healthier

The current habits you're replacing:
1. Eating unhealthy

You have pretty powerful why's, especially the first one, if you stay emotionally involved with those they should give you all the power you need. Faith is what makes your whys beneficial. Doubt will direct the power of your whys in the opposite direction making them equally dangerous.

I'd say you could add the habit of exercising often. You should add the habit of thinking only in the way that leads to the actions you want. It should feel like acting at first. The wrong train of thought leads to the wrong action eventually.

I think you will accomplish your goal. You have power whys, when used in the right way. Dangerous when used in the wrong way. If you're building the right habits it is impossible for you not to reach your goal. I think the only part to watch out for is your reaction to delays.

by the way I did not mean to imply motivation is the key. Motivation is not the key and is very fading. Your goal is already here. You just have to get in harmony with it. Meaning you have to think how the new you would think. The old thinking has to go completely. Old thinking leads old feelings leads to old actions. Your whys are powerful and lead to determination but you're thinking is the only thing that is going to do it. People go back and forth because they don't understand that. You have to make the new thinking habitual. You can force yourself to do the actions even while thinking the wrong way but surely the wrong thinking will win in the end and your actions will get back in harmony with your old thinking. It's imperative that you understand that. And do not hesitate to think the right way. If you go on autopilot and think the wrong way quickly catch it and change it. Celebrate the catching of it. There's a lot of things I plan to do with the money, personally I'm tired of the search, I'm tired of looking for a woman that's compatible with me so once I find her I wouldn't have to worry about the whole dating game or any of that and starting a family with the girl I love is just a blessing within itself and I'm helping other people cause spreading love is key not only gonna bring blessings into my life but it will bring it to others as well.
