In the middle of my professional education, I applied to several law schools on a bet, and got accepted to two good ones surprisingly. I decided not to go as I was very busy earing my present degrees, and I should have gone.

Yes multiple, big and small, the easiest ones that come to mind rn are regarding my friends. In highschool I chose to try doing a Hmong dance with some girls I didn’t rlly know at the time and now they’re my close friends which I had friends at that time but not any I was truly comfortable being myself around.

A few months back, I saw a girl post about a game called valorant on her private ig story, I didn’t know her personally but some of my friends kinda knew her like acquaintances, my friends and I were getting into the game too so I decided to hit her up which I’ve never done to anyone before. She started playing with us and now she’s part of my friend group, I went to her wedding and 2 of my friends met their current bfs through her (one is her bro in law and the other is her husband’s close friend)

Yes, I have made several. I had a career in sales for many years and I came to the conclusion that the company was going out of business and I needed to come up with a plan for a new career. My wife and kids went to the movies that night. We saw The Rocketeer. After we got home I stayed up all night trying to think of a plan where I could start a new career when I was in my 30s and be able to support a family at the same time. By the time the sun came up I had the whole plan in my head. It took me 3 years and there were problems along the way but I solved them when they would pop up and I did not give up.

Re update: I had to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I had it narrowed down to go to law school or go into IT. This was during the dot com bubble and everyone was getting rich so I went with that. I think I made the right call

At 13 I ran away from home because my mother and sister were abusing me. I went to my uncles house and he decided to adopt me. Running away was the best decision I made and my life totally changed.

Several decisions. My wife and marriage, the decision to have a child. Down to what education/career path I chose and finally what to invest in over the years.

Joining the army. getting out. going to work for those other people. stopping that. taking the current job. caring for my rescue kittens. Probably more. Those seem like the biggest changes.
