What is one crucial decision you made that you later regretted in your life?

I left my Job for another, my previous employer, called me about 8 months later with a much better offer to come back. I debated for days and ultimately went back for the money. My quality of life suffered and the new path I had charted for myself had eroded. I Have done well, but often wonder the what if?
Yep, what I spoke about, happened 20 years ago!

Thank you.
I should have confronted my mother about things she did to hurt me decades. I decided to be quiet because I loved my relationship with my father. He died last year. So now my relationship with my mother is pointless.
Some bad boyfriends and one bad girlfriend. Eventually, I got it right, but maybe I just got lucky.
