There was a girl I was really into when I was in my teens. She was a year younger than me and peer pressure got in the way of me getting serious with her.
She was so upset and I felt so bad, especially as I was the first one she did a certain intimate thing with.I wish I could find her to say I'm sorry.
There was another missed opportunity in college to date a girl who I really liked and was stunning but between thinking she was out of my league and peer pressure I never did anything about it. I learned later that she would have been receptive to my advances...
How about you?

I regret having trusted certain family members who betrayed my trust and left me standing alone when things were difficult.

Thank you. Unfortunately yes that is true. š«¶

And I am also sorry for you concerning your missed chance. We're all human and sometimes we make mistakes but we can't go back and undo them.

7 moSo many...
I'm not going to lie... sometimes I slip into despair about them and just want to end it all.
Soo...
I prefer not to think about it. I left the girl I should've never left. I treated my Great Grandparents like shit. Put my trust in people I should have burned bridges with.
... I'm literally a living pile of steaming shit that's made so many bad decisions that I don't want to be here anymore.

7 moNot finishing college. Not sticking with jobs that would have helped me save up and move on with my life. Not trying harder in school. Just wasting a lot of my life in general.
Wish I had a rewind button. Still though, I have some faith in my ability to make it without college or anything. Just a late bloomer in life.10 Reply I don't regret anything, but I think that any important choice in life is going the change the course of your future in a significant way. It's like a path with an intersection : do you go right or left? Right leads you down a different path, even if maybe left was the safer choice. I'm not necessarily interested in the safer route.

7 moOf course, many.
Many opportunities that I did not realize were there.
1. Follow a moral code of honor... do not sway.
2. Surround yourself with wise people of noble character who will have a good affect on you.
3. Be courageous. "Fortune favors the bold".

7 moOh man, if I only knew then what I know now. 20/20 hindsight is a bitch! Young dumb and clueless is like playing poker blindfolded. But we survive. And we learn. There is no better teacher than failure, LOL.

7 moThere are a few, but as the late Frank Sinatra famously said, too few to mention. There are no do-overs in this life. The most you can do is not keep repeating the same mistake.
