I had a wonderful day except for one thing which is I ate too much fibre and had way too many bowel movements today. I am thinking of cutting out tomatoes altogether cause they are crazy for stimulating trips to the washroom.

One right now, life is good. Being a cat loaf isn't so bad.

1. Am comfy, very loaf, no do thing, intense stare.

just ducky, sun is up, nice breeze, low humidity, it's in the low 70s and nothing pressing to do today. Just get stuff done when I get around to it.

2 it's hard to feel positive in joe biden's america

6 I'm exhausted I've had the grand kids all day

Number 6 but I have to go to work.

None of the above I'm still feeling with my hands

I just woke up a bit ago, but I feel great!
