The user manual that came with me at birth says that when I turn 35 I just spontaneously combust and that is it. Sounds like a horrible way to go but for 35 years I get to be a perfect lady. Less than one. I often go 2-3 days before I poop. Other days, I may poop several times during the day. It depends on what I eat and how active I am.

Once in the morning usually does it. Maybe 10x/week.
