Yes we are still enjoying the last bite of it. last year was too hot so this year hubby decided to plan our summer trip to the north part of Europe. It was a great idea. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France - the alps. All turned out amazing. Maybe 2 rainy days. And a hail storm that damaged the rental car… other than that, we had an amazing trip. our guests from France will be leaving tomorrow. Then we may have to get together with my other family members Labor Day weekend before returning to work next week.

Nope, I basically worked the whole time. At least I got a lot of work done on my house and had some surgery that I needed. I did not do a single cool or fun thing the whole time. I never even had sn ice cream cone.

I don't like summer, it gets too hot where I live, that's why our hell is hot, while yours is cold.

I did have a great summer. I started a new relationship. I went to the beach. I celebrated my birthday.

Im so sad the summer is over although I realize it doesn't technically end until September 21.

  A few hours after I wrote this my employer has an ice cream truck come to the parking lot and we all got an I e cream. I got a chocolate cone with sprinkles. It was really good
