Where I used to work there was a guy that maybe had some kind of Bipolar thing going on but every once in a while he would just start insulting me. The first time I thought he was joking and just laughed. Then I realized he was serious. He did this to other people as well. I figured it I engaged him it would lead to violence so I just ignored it.
