Whats a better bulb 1500 lumens bulb or 25w 120v bulb for bedroom?

This could be the same bulb.

Lumens, watt and volt just measure different things.

Its like asking which is the better car, a red one or one with 4 seats.

Lumen or Lux is the brightness, while watt and volt measure electric power.

For a bedroom you may look for the colour/temperature of the bulb, something more warm like yellowish white, 2500~3000 Kelvin.

Well Lumens represent brightness and Watts (W) represent power consumption

So depends on your priority

25W seems too much for a bulb though... seems it's either crappy (Less efficient) or quite big and bright.. I've seen good 25W bulbs which have around 2500Lumens

You’re missing information here, how many watts is the 1500 lumens bulb? The 25 watt 120 volts bulb is probably an incandescent bulb that’s inefficient and probably dim , so maybe go with the other one

How many watts or amp draw is it? Sounds like it doesn’t use much energy but gives off a lot of light. Amps Times voltage will give you the wattage so you’ll know if it’s efficient compared to the amount of light it gives

You said it was 14.5 volts before, all wall outlets are 120 volts ac at 60 herts in the USA. It’s definitely more light than the 25 watt bulb though because you said 1500 lumens for this one

Yeah LEDs use a lot less watts but give out a lot more light.
