I really doubt they do. Trans women who are biological male likely came out of there mothers womb without ovaries and a uterus.

I think only born with a female reproductive system and a vagina can have proper periods.

Does not having periods remind them they are not female?

Does it make their Gender Dysphoria feel worse when trans people cannot do something only biological females can do?

I think they do it out of a feeling of inferiority. They want everyone to see them as "real" girls. Since girls have periods they tell everyone that they have a period by redefining periods to the mood swings, cramps and feeling tired or bad as being the main characteristics of a period. So they see a need to make people overlook the difference between them and biological females.

I really don't understand what is going on with the transgender people in western countries like the USA. It is NOT like that on the other side of the world. In Asia, we have a lot of "Ladyboys". They are male-to-female transgender. I have 4 close friends who are Ladyboys. They do not pretend to have periods. They are not confused with their gender. If you ask them if they are a women, they will say "NO! I am a ladyboy!" This is just a lifestyle choice for them. Some are bi, but many are actually straight. I have seen the videos on Tiktok of American trans girls and those people have a mental condition and need to be treated.

Some are trying to con people into thinking that "trans"women are women.
Some may be truly delusional and have psychosomatic symptoms of cramps and mood swings.
