How long do you keep your car?

As long as it keeps running.. lol. I had my last car for a couple years, it already had problems when I bought it but it was still road legal and drivable. It was totalled in a car accident earlier this year, and repairing it would’ve cost more than what it was worth. So I sold it and bought a newer car. I’ve had this newer car now since February.

I have no idea what those are because I’m not much of a car person, but my newer car is a 2007 Honda fit ☺️ my last car, that got totalled, was a 1999/2000’s Nissan pulsar

I keep cars till either the wheels fall of or until the repairs become more than the value of the car.

The last car I owned for 9 years. A 2010 Dodge Charger. And had some young punk not hit it I'd still be driving it.

As long as it breaks down completely and repair would be as expensive as buying a new car

It gets changed every three years, just before it's due for it's first MOT (UK mandatory vehicle safety check) and the warranty is about to run out.

In fact it was changed at the beginning of this month (Sept.).
