Not really. 5'4" is the average, but 5'7" is still in the average range and is shorter than the average male height of 5'9".
I'm 6'2" and like shorter women, but one girlfriend was 5'7" and still seemed short to me.
I think over the 5'9 or 10" is getting into the tall range.

So 5'7" isn't all that tall for a woman.
