7 years later.

The wars are over. World has once again stepped into the state of peace.

My family and best friends are happy, living their best lives and often visiting me for big family dinners. I feel so lucky to have them.

I have my own business, that’s running successfully, I can travel, enjoy new experiences and have some crazy adventures. I make enough money to help people who didn’t get as lucky as me. Not only financially, I sometimes volunteer to spend some time with them, cook for them or be something of a help for them.

I have a family of my own. I have finished playing with my children outside and now read them fairytales, when my husband comes home. He kisses me and I feel like I am the happiest woman in the world.

Can’t wait till this fairytale ends so I can go to him and live my own fairytale.

Right now, peace throughout the world.

On a personal and mental note, heading down to Granada for a break and soak up some rays by the pool. I work most of the spring, summer and fall when nature's at its peak, so taking a break in the winter months is a bit of a reset button for me.

The safety for the fam, I drove by today a crime scene today of a woman that got killed in a shooting and it reminded me that life is just fragile, that was most likely someone's momma on the ground there, I couldn't stop putting myself in the shoes of the family smh
