I want to build my own country. where should I start?

money is not an issue. if everyone saves some money, we can build an island. I run the state for the first 5 years, and then I transfer the management to someone else. there will be democratic elections in the country. we also create our own language. it will seem a little strange at first. but later our ears will become familiar. We can set up in an empty space on a Pacific island.

Ooooooo I wanna build my own country too it will have no wars ans we will all respect each other and not fight if I fight breaks out they will go to prison for 5 years and watch videos on how to not be a violent person for 5 years and if higher crimes start then they will be kicked out of my country and back to the hasher countries where they will be beaten or possibly executed listen my country is a country of peace Amen no hunger and a cure for cancer we will all live in peace.
