Considering my new job, im trying to discipline myself.. I used to go to bed at 3-4 AM.. but they have me working back to back doubles, 10 he shifts… so I go to bed no where past 1 AM. Im struggling with this… I work at a restaurant and I was a senior at my last one so I only worked nights (which I preferred)..

I used to sleep late. The concept of going to bed past 9:30 now doesn’t appeal to me anymore. Especially because I work remote and on other peoples time zones.
