Omg I'm so sorry lol but um, it's different for every woman. Since it's like any other part of a human body, it has nerve endings that are sensitive, depending where you go.

The nipples on one woman might not be sensitive or doesn't like the sensation of them being touched but on another it's enough to make her cum just by playing with them alone.
