Go to the gym and stay in for a few hours to get rid of the calories I ate today with breakfast 1slice of toast and jam 1slice of toast and marmalade brown bread and took my orlistat helps me loose weight keep sticking to my diet and get a shower there come back home and chill get a healthy dinner also
