Literally none of those 3 act in your best interests. We can't trust the government, and private industry are there to make money off you, at any cost. Look at Big Pharma. They don't make money off healthy people. Half the stuff they make probably doesn't do diddly except for the short term. They could sell drugs cheaper, if they cared about people, but they don't. They rip you a new one by raising prices for stuff people need to stay alive - like if it really helps. But the possible side effects are almost worse than their illness. Politicians are in it for the money, not us.

Neither, I only trust myself to act in my best interest. It's a poor decision to rely on someone else.

@strateguy632 First, why do you think “he” caused it? Second, the price of milk and gas jumping isn’t a particular issue for me. For the poor sure, but their wages haven’t kept up with inflation since Reagan.
