for some things, yes...

but maybe I just really haven't experienced true and sustained pain, for example... never went through something that required opioids yes, or yes...

as I have heard from many, and also seen their stories shared in here... the true test to pain tolerance is when it just goes for months and even years, and I am not entirely sure how well I would deal with something like, hope I don't have to find out either (knockingonwoodathrilliontimes)

well... so far, I spent three days in bed with a killer pain in my lower back, lol

could not move, could not sleep... if I took any deep breathe my entire spine would feel just like, Jesus, just take me now... lmfao

I went through that without a single pain killer, so I guess I endured it good enough

stupid me, tried to lift heavy furniture by myself... which was fine, I could do it, but then I lost my balance and I did not want to mess up and break it

so I saved the furniture, but did strain my lower back very badly

probably ended up with a nerve pinched in between the bone... at my spine

diagnosis: my stupidity

When I got my wisdom teeth pulled I had it done in the hospital under general anesthetic. The day I went in it was determined I had a throat infection and if they stuck the vent tube down my throat I would end up with pneumonia. I wanted to get it done because I was moving out west. I asked the doc if he could just give me novocaine. He said he could but it would be rough. I told him to get me something solid to hang onto and get it done. He broke the second tooth and had to tap a screw in each of the roots and pull them out one at a time. I still have them in a jar.

Gave birth to 2 kids naturally. (No epidural) … I would say yes.
Also broke my foot into pieces…2 long one foot surgery on my left leg…with 12 screws and metals inside… yes pain…I know the feelings.

I had my arm broken when I was 13, and didn't even cry for 2 straight hours till I reached hospital. So i dont think its that good, but pretty good

My toe bone got shattered to pieces and I was just sitting there like "I feel like a bruise" and they are like "it's okay to show your pain bla bla bla" I was just like :/
