Depending on your timing, and how much vacation time you are allotting, this would be an amazing bike ride. I've read a book that chronicled a female cyclist following the monarch migration. She rode from within Mexico up into Canada and back over several months.

I'd do it north to south this time of year, but if you're already positioned, hell yes, just know that's going to be a cold final leg
