Not a dog breeder but the basics would be.
Have a goal or idea on what you want the standard to be.
Have a goal and idea of desired temperament
Have a goal and idea of the task or job you want the dog to be bred for.
Make sure you title, genetic screen and only breed sound stock.
Know the coat style you want will it be double coat insulated for cold temps, short coated for warmer temps.
Have the money to put into titling, genetic screenings, breeding, emergencies etc… (breeding is not cheap especially when you do it responsibly)
You also can’t be the only one to breed them. There would need to be a program and standard already in place for other breeders to be striving towards otherwise you’re going to get a genetic bottleneck.
If you don’t have this list. Don’t breed. We also have more than enough dogs in the world, more than enough established breeds to fill niches that we really don’t need more.
You don't. Doing this could be setting up the dogs for very serious health issues.
Did you believe all dogs are mixed and become pure by line breeding inbreeding and out crossing
If people of the past could make their own bulldogs and terriers why can't we make our own.

I just want a breeder to explain me the details of line breeding and inbreeding and put crossing
The bandogge mastiff is a perfect example of this a male game bred pit x female mastiff.
