Don't worry about being cool. Doing things you feel are wrong just to be accepted by others rarely turns out well. Be good to those who are good to you and be good to yourself. Nevermind social media, it's borderline psychological warfare. Don't do stupid dangerous shit, you only get one life. Try to be present in the moment and in the real world around you, don't live inside your own head or on your phone too much. Don't let yourself absorb or reciprocate other people's negativity. Protect yourself from bad energy and bad feelings by not letting them into your mind. Always be aware of your surroundings. Protect yourself from evil people and spirits by driving them out of your space. Hold your ground. If you think your life or sanity is about to be lost, get the fuck out of there. Learn how to keep yourself safe and learn how to fight. There are no rules in a street fight. Don't get so drunk that you can't keep yourself safe or can't get home safely. You can't drown your feelings in alcohol or drugs. No matter how fucked up you get, you will eventually fall asleep and wake up and be right back where you started. You can't move forward in life like that. No amount of drugs, alcohol, or sex will fill that hole in your soul. Alcohol can ruin your life just as fast or even faster than hard drugs. If you can't handle your liquor, quit drinking. Try to make it a good day instead of a bad one for yourself and others. Think about how your actions affect your future and how they affect others. Effective communication prevents and solves lot of problems with people. You can make a good life for yourself or a bad one, might as well make it good. Do something nice for somebody who is having a bad day. Life goes by real fast, the ones you love will be gone before you know it. Don't take them or the time you have left with them for granted. Regular sleep, sunlight, and exercise do wonders for your mental and physical health. Eat as healthy as possible. Get out of the city and enjoy nature. Go to the mountains, desert, beach, forest, etc. Stop and listen to the wind in the trees, or crashing waves at the beach, the morning birds, or your favorite song. Look up at the stars and moon, stare into a campfire.

Put yourself out there learn to stop caring what people think of you so much and be yourself. Also take care of yourself and alway believe in yourself even if others don’t. And I know you’ve probably heard this before but don’t compare your success to others. Stuff I wish I’d heard more of growing up besides from a tv screen. All this is much easier said then to done tho but the sooner you do get it the more free you’ll feel trust me.

If you don't want to do something that your friends are doing, don't do it. Only ever do things that make you happy and what you truly want to do, and not things just to fit in, because it will eventually suck your happiness away, being a follower all the time.

Wear sunscreen everyday. You will be thankful you did when you are older.

Hold on to your virginity as long as possible. Losing it to someone you have been with for some time and who you love and who loves you back. It is a special moment you will forever cherish.
