Stay rich and invest, live below my mean but comfortable. I would build up an orphanage for children in need, build up a high school and some trades school teach them skills their town will need to thrive with. Hopefully I can support them with a sport of their interest too!

Travel with first class flights, buy things I couldn’t afford when I was a kid and broke, give some money to some of my family, buy a penthouse, buy a house, open a restaurant and retail stores, invest in many things including buying lands

  I would personally finance a medical cure for drug addiction. This would nearly end homelessness. All the stupid blah blah therapy is horse shit. We need a medical cure. We have Antabuse for alcohol, so my scientists would come up with similar deterrents for other drugs.
  
  And for the other 10% of the homeless, I will provide a place for them to stay, but they will ALL work to earn their keep.

  Judges can order alcoholics to take Antabuse. So each day you have to report to a pharmacy and they will watch you drink your dose. If you attempt to drink alcohol later that day, you will get violently ill. I think they can come up with something similar that works with other drugs.
