Are you scared of mice?

My apartment building has been getting mice every winter for the last few years. It doesn’t matter how clean I keep the house, they always wanna be up in here.

Like can’t you bitches hibernate or something, damn. Go away 🙄🙄🙄 if y'all can’t handle being outside in the winter then EVOLVE or something.

I just saw one in my room. I’m gonna scream.

I need to get out of bed to do things before I sleep but I refuse to put my feet on the floor 💀

then people will say “Oh they’re more scared of you then you are of them” I beg to fucking differ.

There was one time I was watching TV and I look over and this motherfucker was sitting next to me watching it too.

Not fearful, but they're just large, furry cockroaches. And they carry disease, too. All kinds of respiratory illnesses that can affect cats, dogs and humans. Their droppings are nasty and have those diseases too.

I'd spend the money and call a vermin remover and buy some filler to fill all holes you can find in your apartment to keep them out while you're stuck living there.

Not afraid of them, but their regular appearance means the place you're living is infested with them. Also, call the landlord and COMPLAIN!!! They are a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. THeir presence can close that landlord's building down. Mention that to the manager. It's true.

If you look up mansions or YouTube videos of big dwelling owners, most of them have hard floors that are all tiles as opposed to carpet cause a hard floor with no carpet makes it hard for insects to survive. Busy people who can afford mansions, do not want to spend hours and hours cleaning the house so they to make sure no bugs will show up. They buy a house where the insects will starve to death cause there is no carpet and everything is plastic or tiled and there is no food for the insects to eat. I have people who successfully got rid of mice using traps with bait on them. I'm not sure how they did it but it worked.

They DID evolve. House mice evolved to live around people. They developed a symbiotic relationship with humans and have a hard time surviving without them. People think they are being humane by using live traps and putting the mice outside, but they probably won't live. And if they do live, they find their way back pretty quickly.

But to answer the question, no I'm not afraid of mice. I just don't want them tearing everything up. I can't count the number of socks I've had to throw away because mice thought the fibers made good bedding material.

Not scared, but I would be disgusted and annoyed. Luckily the doors and windows here close really tight and the cellar windows have meshed screens in front of them.
I saw a video from a Russian tank crew a few days ago, when the driver started the motor, a hundred mice cascaded out of the engine compartment!!! 🤮🤮🤮

If you're a tenant you have every right to complain to your landlord and he is obliged to do something about it. A mouse problem is pretty easy to solve - you just have to find out how and where they are getting in. If he or she refuses to act they can be reported to the local authority because it's a health and safety issue.

To a degree. I'm not super scared of them. There used to be loads in my dads uncles camp. There was a big gap under the back door so they would just come in. My cats had fun killing them, but once one came on my bed and I just flicked him off the covers after that I slept closed under the blanket.

It's the same with my building.. They'll disappear for a few years once they see a few of their cousins laying dead, stinking it up, and scatter for a few years.. Only to come back and do it over again.. I'm not scared, per say, but I don't wanna touch them, or see them scurrying around. They definitely are more scared of you though.. Until they get hungry.. They become brave.. 😂

They have chewed their way through a wall or conduit to gain access to your home. I had a mouse chew through an HVAC power cable once and fry himself --- caused a lot of damage.

There are plenty of solutions and your rental agreement probably specifies who is responsible for pest control.

I would suggest getting a mouser, either cat or ferret, that is left to free roam inside. If they don't kill whatever is there, their presence will dissuade mice from coming in.

In answer to the question, no I'm not scared. Just familiar with damage and health hazards.

Deal with it urself.
Find the holes in your walls by the pipes and all sorts of places, fill with Brillo pads and then u can stop being afraid.
Don’t drop foods on the ground and keep your place tidy.
