I drove a 7 hour trip for work , so I think that’s the reason I was dead in bed lol

On the rare occasion I feel so bored that nothing I can do can fix the monotony, I intentionally go to bed for the reset and to wake up the next day on a fresher note. However, a consistent experience of this lack of motivation accompanied by suicidal ideation and feeling down 24/7 constitutes Major Depression, which warrants seeking counseling.

That said, you can snap yourself out of it by going shopping, swimming at the beach or in a pool and socialising with positive people.

I always tell myself I have to get up, get cleaned, dressed, and eat. I cannot stay in bed all day as I've already half-starved myself during the day just by sleeping. Can't lose those pounds.
