Does anyone else wake up in the wee hours of the early morning and can't get back to sleep 😴💤?

This happens to me every single morning at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 and 3:30 is sleeping in for me anymore.
So much is on my mind because it seems as if nothing good is happening to the people of America unless you're rich.
My friend just received his rent increase. 🙄 It went from $1492/ including utilities except for the electric bill and phone bill and is now $1642/mo.
We live in the filthiest city in California and in a ghetto neighborhood and the rent is $1642/mo.

I can't wait until it's my turn to raise my rent. Hence, waking up in the early hours of the morning before the neighborhood rooster wakes up.🙄 Sorry for being such a negaholic but there's nothing good to look forward to anymore.😔

Wow!! 2K a month just for a roof over your head. How does people our age afford that?
If I don’t take a sleep. I wake up around 3 am and have trouble getting back to sleep until it is time to get up.

I use a CPAP machine and usually have to get up to pee once or twice a night. I get up at 2AM and the damn CPAP machine does not let me go back to sleep.
