1.4K opinions shared on Other topic. No. I just think about caffeine like a junkie about their next shot and put the button on my full auto coffee maker. Sometime there is an error "no water", "coffee pellet container full" or "no coffee beans" and things become complicated because my motoric abilities are limited without caffeine. Somehow I can always satisfy needs of my coffee maker and fluid 'brown sugar' drips in my cup. First sip is 1000 times better than sex and feels like 1 billion dollar reward. Then I'm ready.

@KrakenAttackin ugh... I don't read sarcasm well... :D
1.4K opinions shared on Other topic. Yes sometimes. I never had that when I was younger but now it's getting more difficult. But if I sleep enough and set my alarm a bit earlier than I really need to get ready then I'm usually fine :). But it doesn't take much to start messing with my sleep rhythm so I have to be careful about that.

1 yOn the contrary, I find it difficult to stay asleep until morning!
17 ReplyUpdate:- I really wish I had the problem of waiting for an alarm call, or the birds tweeting to be woken up, but I wake up at night unable to go back to sleep. I've had this problem since I began suffering from bouts of cramp (Charley horse I think they're called) several years ago. It's at the stage now where I cannot sleep more than a few hours a night.

I'm sorry to hear that. I suffered from terrible insomnia for a good 5-6 years and only recently have I regained my sleeping pattern.
I'm really pleased you managed to reverse the situation.

1 yI'm on terrible jet lag from UTC 2 time zone to EST for about a week now. Worst part about traveling to places not home! I can't sleep at nights here, and I go to bed in the afternoon. Yes, it is difficult waking up at night from jet lag. Super groggy. At home I wake up in the morning with a pep in my step.

1 yYeah. I'm not a morning person. I somehow worked a side gig for a year after grad school that started at 4am every day, but nowadays I can barely get myself out of bed to make it to work at 8am.
10 Reply 744 opinions shared on Other topic. I pretty much always found it difficult , now I actually sleep 8 hours which is just incredible , having spent to day doing stuff , that feeling of complete exhaustion is kind of awesome , but now I sleep into 9am or 10am , generally.

1 yNot particularly, my 11-o'clock awakenings usually go smoothly without much difficulty. I am one of those that can literally wake up and one second later jump out of bed if I want to. But most of the time I prefer taking my time. :P

1 yNo, I am usually up around 5:30 or 6:00 to get started with whatever my exercise will be for the day. I have more of a problem falling asleep than I do waking up

1 yNot really , Iโve been a morning person as far as I can remember. I think itโs because I come from a military family and there was no room for slacking off in the morning so I kind am just wired to start the day.
10 ReplyDepends how much I drank the night before. 0 drinks, a little. 1-2, not at all. 3-4, a little. 5 drinks, nightmare.
