In Winters I wake up around 5:30 am as it's very cold in 4 am while in Summers I wake up around 4:30 am. It also depends on when I slept. If I slept around 3 am like usual then I wake up by 5:30 am and if I slept earlier then I wake up more earlier. 2-3:30 am is my dozing off range and 4-6 am is my waking up range. In weekends or holidays I award my self by sleep till 7 am 😅.

Because I have to do work that time. I take naps in day so I sleep at least 6-8 hrs a day.

5-6 am. i need to wake up at 7:10 am, but i prefer to wake up earlier because i like having a lot of extra time. the only problem is that i wake up at like 5 am on weekends as well lol

In the days we went to the office I stood up between 6 and 7 on workdays and about 8 or 9 when I had not to work.
Now I only go a half day to the office every week. It is ok to get out of bed the other days at 8.

From Mon-Fri I wake up between 7.30-8 am. On Sat-Sun and public holidays when I don't have office then I wake up at 11am.
