It is actually very easy to do. All you need is to sit down and bend forward to reach your toes. It is probably a little more difficult to achieve if you are standing and attempt to bend to reach your toes. Not everyone is capable to achieve that feat because people seem to be less flexible nowadays.
Sitting and lack of exercise/movement does not help anything.

It's good for you to be flexible. You should stretch more often.

@mandyfire98 Speaking of flexible... just got home from YOGA class mostly women with my and another guy the only men... We probably have only LESS than 10 men in the whole "Elevated Living Collective" that I belong to. I do notice that most of the women are more flexible than men, with the exception that I can do a few things requiring knee flexibility etc. as I can sit in a Full Lotus indefinitely and many, even some instructors either cannot or do not sit in a full lotus, and also 'stacking' one leg on the other - sitting.
Not a better way to spend an hour and 14 dollars in my opinion - +1 y

Many very strong and flexible women there that can reach AWAY beyond their toes sitting flat on their butt on the floor. Makes me envious

I'm not sure what the actual issue is called but as far as I know, my hamstrings are irregularly tight. So it causes a lot of pain to reach for my toes. It's a genetic thing, my dad and brother have it. Plus I have a friend who relates

@WhiteSteve I know I've been very impudent, insolent and impolite, Sir, and any punitive corrective measures that you deem necessary to instill some humility may be inevitable.
