Yes- though you wouldn't think it to look at me, because my whole body is enormous. When I became a bus driver, I was an inch and a half over the threshold for needing a sleep study to check for obstructive sleep apnea. You would not BELIEVE the mess I had to go through to keep them from forcing it, in light of the fact that I knew I didn't have it.

It us a 17 which is considered large but it does not look huge like some of the no neck guys on the wrestling shows.
