Do you mean delete your opinions on questions? You can't do that. It isn't a feature here on the site. The only way an opinion can be removed is for a moderator to remove it. We can only remove opinions that violate the rules. We can't remove one just because someone regrets posting what they said. I do believe there is an option to anonymize your opinion. That will turn it anon and no one will be the wiser. It will also disappear from your profile page and history. Other than that the only person that can remove it is the asker. You can ask them to remove it but it will be up to their discretion.

Well your opinions can only be deleted by an admin but they will not do it as per your request. Your opinion will only be removed/deleted if you have violated any guidelines on this site.

Your opinions are here to stay if there is no violation of guidelines. Hence it is better to think 10 times before you post any opinion/replies.
