Do men run out of energy first for the majority?

And no I'm not talking about in the bedroom, I mean as in drained out as in has no more energy to do anything else for the day, it seems quite relatable that for example a woman can shop the whole day but the dude would be frustrated around 3 to 4 hours in, they would look around the store for ways to kill time while the other shops, made me wonder if it's gender related lol

I was hoping you meant in the bedroom, because I just saw a funny video recently of some dude who had his girlfriend on a bed in the man’s position in missionary, and he’s got a stopwatch, and he’s making her thrust her hips and put in the work us fellas have to put in, and she finally collapses after like 45 seconds and he’s all in her face like “What happened? That’s all you can do? You can’t go harder? What happened? Not so easy, is it?”, and she’s like crying laughing like “ok, ok, I understand now, I’m sorryyyyyyy😭😭😭”, lmfao

To your actual question…. depends on the activity. How long could you play video games for before your girl got tired of it? Shopping is their thing, their passionate about, and most dudes aren’t, so the time flies for her and drags for him. I’m different, I can shop all damn day, lmao, but if I’m out with my girl and she’s the one shopping, I’m bored as hell like every other dude, haha

I think we tend to have more explosive energy but less endurance and get bored way more easily, like the diff between a carnivore and an herbivore.

Men run on a 24hr hormone cycle which makes them more tired as the day goes on. Women run on a 28 day hormone cycle and that makes us tired on certain days and energetic on other days

I’m always tired to a degree because I do manual labor for a living. But I’ll always force the energy out if I need it since I look at life like a workout.

Except on weekends those are my rest days and I want to do as little as possible

Could be possible especially since a lot of men don't like cardio.. Or it could be that men find certain things boring and would rather not put so much energy into it.. Same with women I suppose..

I just don't think the majority of men are as passionate about shopping. But men do tend to work more physically demanding/longer hours so it would make sense that they would run out of energy easier
