Anyone else's dog refuse to poop in the rain?

She was prairie dogging it and asked to go outside. It was pouring out so we walked around in the rain for 40 minutes and she stille refused to go. This happens every time it rains.

Thankfully no. During the deep freeze though he would run out and pee, come in for 5-10 minutes to warm up then go out to make his poop

My dog doesn't like going outside when it's raining. I even went outside with him, he still didn't do his business. I went out and got him a puffy coat to keep him dry. Now he'll go out quickly in the rain
