My short answer is "yes" my long answer is, if you have family nearby maybe they can help. My own list of who to call in that situation would be fiance, then dad, then police I think. JMO be safe!

You need to have the cops catch him in the act doing something to you, so call 911 the second you see him before he can hurt you or worse.
