I wouldn’t consider myself fragile anymore but I was in an abusive relationship for a long time and it’s crazy how fragile emotionally and mentally I was.

I would consider myself mentaly robust and physically strong, but hing like anmal cruelty and abuse etc do make me very sad in that regard I am maybe vulnerable, makes my blood boil and feel the need to protect
