This was in San Francisco. They attacked and destroyed an autonomous vehicle that rolled into an intersection.

It is not a NACSCR car, The British do not get road rage, The Fast and Furious franchise had finally run out of gas with the tenth installment, The NYFD does not do practice drills on late model cars, nobody ever crashes on the Autobahn, so that just leaves the vehicle hitting the tree but the front end is not that mangled so I go with the angry mob in SF.

Looks like an implosion rather than en explosion.

Fire drills aren't done outside on city streets, especially when there are public lives nearby that can be harmed.

The wheels, rocker panel & remaining tail light reveal that that vehicle is NOT a Tesla model.

It also doesn't mean that the vehicle burned is an EV.

However, the choices provided above leave me to settle for Option C.

Looks more like one of those EV battery fires to me.

Power wire for stereo shorted under the hood causing the rolling meth lab to start to burn someone paniced and tried to abort but they were past the "point of no return " and exploded and once lithium is on fire water would be the worse thing and now they know

I went with angry mob but biased by what I've been hearing in recent events. I thought it was either that or a scene from a movie.

Actually my first impression was that some cyborg like Robocop pulled out a rocket launcher and shot it. 😅 Or maybe a tank.

There are clues in the picture. The fire department have cut the roof off the car so there must have been bodies inside. Therefore I'm going with hit a tree although I don't see any trees in the picture.
